Positive Relationships

Knowing how to build positive relationships is a valuable skill. As a leader, positive relationships ensure success. You cannot achieve goals if colleagues are not willing to reach them with you.

This self-study course explores four aspects of effective working relationships: building positive relationships, managing relationships, how to manage conflict and how to build a positive relationship with yourself.

  • Learn about perceptual positioning and how it can help you understand viewpoints.
  • Identify common causes of conflict and proactive ways to resolve conflict within teams using transactional analysis.
  • Explore the concept of self-esteem and how to build a healthy self-image and positive habits to support your own wellbeing and relationship with yourself.
